NOTIFICATION ON THE INVITATION FOR BID
Based on article 18 of the law no. 10018 dated 13.11.2008 “On the State Advocate’s Office”, the Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 392, dated 08.04.2009 “On relations of the State Advocacy Office with public institutions and entities, on the role of the state advocates on trials, as well as on the specific procedural rules” and Order no. 03 dated 12.01.2018 of the State Advocate General, the State Advocate’s Office submits the following notification on the Invitation for Bid.
Contracting Authority:
The State Advocate’s Office of the Republic of Albania with address: Street “Abdi Toptani” former hotel Drini, Floor 5, Tirana, Albania.
Subject-matter of the Bidding Invitation/Services
Representation and defense of the Republic of Albania in an arbitration proceeding brought before the International Centeron Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), for all egged investment disputes.
