Asistenca përfshin vlerësimin e situates juridike, përfaqësimin në gjykimin në arbitrazh ndërkombëtar dhe asistencën në rast negociatash.

The State Advocacy Office of the Republic of Albania announces on its website a bidding invitation for providing assistance and representation of the Republic of Albania in the arbitration proceeding brought before the International Center on Settlement of Investment Disputes, (ICSID) for disputes arised out from BOO Concession Agreement, from the company “ALBANIABEG AMBIENT” SH.P.K., Angelo Novelli and Costruzioni S.R.L.
The assistance includes assessment of the legal situation, representation in the international arbitration proceeding and assistance in case of negotiations.
