Pursuant to Article 18, item 2 of Law no. 10018, dated 13.11.2008 âOn State Advocateâs Officeâ, as amended, of the Council of Ministerâs Decision no.893, dated 18.11.2020âłOn determining the procedures and criteria for contracting and the payment of lawyers / law firms, experts or other ancillary services and the method of paymentââ, the Commission established to perform the selection of the procedure with Order no. 196, dated 03.12.2020, of the State Advocate General notifies you of the commencement of the contracting procedure for the selection of a domestic or foreign lawyer / law firm, and invites you to submit your interest together with the relevant offer to participate in this procedure with the following details:

Contract subject
Representation and protection of the interests of the Republic of Albania, in an arbitration process initiated before the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
